A Lobby Ambassador provides services for Guests to contribute to an overall
exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits| as
required.
What will I be doing?
As Lobby Ambassador| you will provide reception services for Guests
tocontribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-
outand complete audits| as required. A Lobby Ambassador contributes to
thefirst impressions of our Guests and| therefore| must perform the
followingtasks to the highest standards:
Your mission as a Lobby Ambassador is to provide a presence in the lobby and
throughout your hotel tour.
Engage with Guest

Help to shape their personal journe

Assure them that someone is there to help Earn their loyalty

• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date familiarity with

• All events happening at your hotel

GuestServices Team Members to ensure that all Guest requests and challenges
