Job Summary

As a “Housing Assistant your primary responsibilities will be:

To give full support to Housing Manager to fulfill his duty;

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of staff housing;

To make sure that allocated rooms are prepared and ready for new employees;

To conduct regularly inspections to ensure proper cleaning| preservation of furniture| linen and St. Regis Abu Dhabi properties;

To keep record and report all necessary repairs and maintenance;

To do checks and reports if there is a need for pest control;

To maintain all employee notice boards and ensure that all information instructed by Housing Manager is communicated to employees in a timely and efficient manner;

To liaise with the watchmen and security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours and the Maintenance Logbook;

To coordinate the order drinking water order and distribution;

To keep correct and up-to-date furniture| equipment| utensil| and linen inventories in the staff houses;

To do the check-in and check-out of new and leaving employees and keep correct filing;

To follow up the timely payment of utilities invoices and inform the Housing Manager of any incompliance;

Be ready at any time to assist if there is an emergency situation in the accommodation|

Welcoming the new associates in the airport|

To ensure the check and coordination of the pest control in the staff houses.
