Prepare and service coffees for servers and guests in a speedy| efficient|
friendly| and professional manner. Ensure that the coffee bar is set and
maintained so that the link staff has everything it needs to run an effective
operation| as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the outlet| coffee bar|
and set-up and breakdown of the bar.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills| knowledge and
Has understanding of coffee| origin| cultivation & processing| roasting| blending| cupping.
Solid knowledge of equipment| handling| cleaning and maintenance
Has knowledge of extraction & brewing as well of difference brewing methods
Has knowledge of milk techniques| latte art and drawing techniques
Ability to engineer Barista Menu
Able to make different coffee based beverages and has awareness of the new trends in the market
Has excellent customer service skills and be enthusiastic and passionate
Is able to train other Barista/s and ensure quality performance
Proven track record as a professional Barista / Head Barista for at least 2 years in a reputable Coffee specialized establishment
Possess professional certification from accredited institutions like ICCA| SCA| etc.
