The role of this will be responsible for the guest operations, dealing guest situations and complaint resolution. Provide professional and personalized service to all guests, VIP’s, Long Stay guests and repeat guests. To maximize hotel sales, revenue & profit growth by selling the hotels products & services.
The ideal candidate must have an outgoing and pleasant personality with skill to deal with guest situations and complaint resolution.
Must be approachable, sociable and well presented.
Has 2-3 experience with the same role in a 5* International Hotel
Must be proficient with computers and familiar with Opera/Micros system.
Excellent communication skills in English & other languages (verbal and written)
Able to manage a team of 15
Duty Manager experience is an advantage
