JOB DESCRIPTION a Lobby Ambassador you are responsible to receive and give a warm welcome
to our guests| providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times.
Offer consistently professional| friendly| warm and engaging service
Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
Extend personal service and attention to all guests| with particular emphasis to Club Rotana and VIP guests
Ensure that the rooming of all guests is according to the Rotana standards
Escort of Club Rotana guests to Executive Floor for check-in
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
Deal promptly| efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
Establish| promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
Environment| Health & Safety Responsibilities:

1.To comply with all policies and procedures of EHS manual.

2. Adopt work practices that support EHS programs.

3. Take reasonable care not only for the safety of his/her own health but
also for the safety of other people who may be affected by their conduct in
the work place.

4. Look for guidance for all new or modified work procedures.

5. Make sure to report immediately any hazardous conditions| near misses and
injuries to the supervisor.

6. Must not intentionally place at risk the health or safety of any person in
the workplace.

7. Must be involved in training and other environment| health and safety
activities where required.

8. Handle / use all provided resources| facility and tools in a safe manner.

9. Wear personal protective equipment as provided and instructed.

10. Ensure to use equipment in compliance with appropriate guidance without
intentional interference or misuse.

Education| Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous
experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. You must deal in a
polite and sophisticated manner and have an excellent command of the English
language| both spoken and written. Multiple language ability is considered as
additional advantage.
