As a “Bartender| your primary responsibilities will be:
# · Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards;
# · Ensures security of beverage stock in the bar using key control
# · Reports any shortages to his/her manager;
# · All bottles and ingredients should be set up as per the bar’s standard to
assure they are in easy reach and facilitate effective service.
# · Assure that all beverages| such as wines or juices are fresh and in good
order to be served.
# · Assist the Bar Supervisor and manager to create new mixed drinks and
cocktails for promotional activity and new menus.
# · Maintains bar stock in accordance with established standards.
# · Controls beverage consumption of guests and stops serving when necessary.
# · Polishes glasses and respects all hygiene rules in serving beverages
# · Promote up selling at all levels and by personal efforts through guests
# · Any other duties| which may be assigned to you from time to time as
directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
