_To move into this position you should have_

Tenure in current position minimum one year

Minimum 2 Years experience in 5 hotels

Team worker with a great attitude to work under pressure

Good conversational skill in English

Hotel School Certificate is an advantage

Good personality & 5 appearance

Excellent culinary catering talent

Cold / Hot / Asian / Continental & Banqueting experience

Basic Food & Hygiene training certification

Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations

Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work

Knowledge of procedures and methods used in the preparation| production| presentation and storage of food items is required
