Pastry is a department where we give emotions and pleasure to our guest. It’s the place where we bake dough and Danish fresh on daily basis. To be a pastry chef you must love your job, do your best every day, respect the recipes and procedures as well as your team and managers.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Consistently maintains standards of quality regarding eye appeal and good test of product:
Check presentation on every food and goods that go out of the department and control the test as much as you can.
Make once a week some blind test of pastry goods with the team.
Control, ensures and supervise cleanness, hygiene (HACCP) and safety department procedures:
Ensure labels on each item as well as expired dates processed foodstuff:
Ensure our guest are served on time:
Ensure the teams work with the proper technique, work’s areas and grooming:
Ensure the buffet is always clean and have the same presentation on daily basis
Ensure the production of the department
Make nice and testy desserts
Produce chocolate decorations
Serve ice-cream and cakes to our Blue Orange buffet
