Job Summary
AECOM is currently seeking to hire Land Surveyor to be based at Dubai. AECOM
will be providing Supervision Services for the Meydan Ph 2 project. The Land
Surveyor shall be responsible for verifying the Contractors land surveys-

and review final as built drawings. He shall be able to use necessary related
and latest survey instruments.
Job Duties:
Performs all duties associated with surveying- which may include direction and preparation of boundary surveys- easements and descriptions.
Performing record research- construction stakeout- and boundary- topographic- transportation and utility surveys utilizing total stations and data collectors.

Review information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances- directions- angles between points and elevation of points- lines- and contours on- above- and below the earth`s surface.

Plan field work & select known survey reference points.

Determine the precise location of important features in the survey area.

Research legal records- look for evidence of previous boundaries- and analyze the data to determine the location of boundary lines.

Record the results of surveys and verify accuracy of data.

Prepare plots- maps- and reports – metes and bounds descriptions.
