You are responsible for
-Providing implementation and solutions to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of EMR system .
-Serving as customer contact on Implementation Related needs for EMR Implementation.
-Diagnosing and consulting on software and systems needs using established procedures. Determines most cost effective to implement.
-Preparing reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. .
-Introducing new supporting process activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
– A multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts.
-Formulates the solution for Clinical problems by combining previous experiences based upon technical analysis and (feasibility) studies.
-5 years of related experience.

Falcon Aviation is looking to hire an experienced CAR 145 Production Planner whose role will be to effectively plan forecasted aircraft maintenance requirements, issue complete work packs and arrange required resources (manpower / tooling / spares etc.) and to ensure all company processes are complied with according to the company and regulatory requirements. This role will report directly to the Production Planning Manager. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi and will attract a competitive salary and additional benefits such as annual flight to point of hire, Health & Life Insurance, 25 working days of annual leave per year, etc.
Required Candidate Profile:
4 Years aviation experience in a CAR145 organization and 2 years’ experience in a planning role
Knowledge of planning for any of Falcon’s RW & FW types
Good knowledge and understanding of the content of various aircraft technical manuals and associated documentation
Good knowledge of GCAA CAR M and CAR 145
In-depth knowledge of UAE GCAA, EASA and FAA regulations and requirements for Continued Airworthiness
Strong knowledge of planning software
Ability to develop and maintain aircraft maintenance forecasts and schedules
Ability to create and issue line and base maintenance work scope
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and English language (verbal & written)
Aircraft Maintenance Training course, National License or equivalent experience
HF, EWIS and FTS Certificates
Knowledge of Human Factors
Logistics and dangerous goods handling experience
Middle East experience
