eCommerce is an exciting new support function within Alshaya as the business launches transactional websites for a number of the 75+ brands and 15+ countries within the Alshaya portfolio. The function is rapidly building Alshaya’s multi-channel capability to deliver customers’ choice and convenience when shopping in a number of rapidly growing online emerging markets. The function is split in to 4 key areas – Trading & Merchandising, Operations & Program Management, Design & Content and Digital Marketing.

Role Requirements:

• Experienced in working in a Digital Agency or an ecommerce is a MUST

• Google Adwords & Google Analytics certified.

• 4-5 years of experience in the similar role.

• Expert knowledge of performance media platforms and tools including, Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, RLSA, Re-marketing, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Video Campaigns, YouTube ads, Mobile App promotion, Bing PPC.

• Experience in Mobile marketing tools such as Google Admob or similar.

• Knowledge of Programmatic buying.

• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.

• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines.

• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively.


• Reviewing innovative technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

• Manager and develop a team of paid search executives

• Develops and leads strategies of all the campaigns.

• Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns.

• Ensure set-up of effective tracking systems for all channels including enhanced e-commerce tracking.

• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

• Conversion rate optimization – Optimize copy and landing pages for paid campaigns.

• Prepare strategies & media plan for potential clients.

• Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Role Overview

The Transition Program Manager- Cyber Security Services plans and leads
the largest and most complex service transition programs for managed and
consulting network security services. This includes leading and managing
expectations with client- client third party- and company resources to
delivery these programs and ensure quality service implementation into steady
state. This role also provides ongoing leadership in working with the clients-
working with company service delivery leads- leading internal special
projects- and monitoring and managing SLAs and priorities.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage customer expectation and provide executive metric- SLA- and progress reporting
Plan program of complex projects driving service transition and onboarding
Manage both tactical and strategic efforts of a growing delivery team
Govern program and projects include driving schedule- cost- and scope
Manage and Mitigate risk- actions- issues and decisions on all projects
Provide oversight and reporting to budget and contract milestones
Develop project|s key objectives- scope- success criteria and communicate them effectively across the project team
Liaise across functions; interface with leadership and functional teams to provide transparency of project health
Manage all aspects of complex projects for the respective lines of business from inception through delivery
Define and review reports to ensure all services are completely and successfully delivered
Proactively intervene to correct problems when they are encountered.
Work effectively with other teams and outsourcing provider(s) to ensure technology solutions are effectively managed and performed
Implementing best practices to increase customer satisfaction: meet professional services revenue and profit quotas while managing P&L responsible for staff/account management- prioritization and forecasting; develop and maintain world-class processes and personnel; provide delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction


Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience leading customer services transitions through complex cross functional programs of projects
Experience negotiating and managing customer expectations
Experience working in a global environment
Experience reporting to and working with executive management
Experience with financial responsibilities and strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience managing a security program for medium to large companies
Solid understanding of risk-based security strategies


PMP or Prince2 Certifications desired
CISSP CSM- CISA- GIAC- or other security certification desired

Location: Remote within Dubai with travel up to 50% across EMEA
