Education- Qualifications & Experiences

A Maintenance Engineer is responsible for all maintenance issues within the
hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing
daily checks| repairing equipment| and coordinating renovation projects.
What will I be doing?
As a Maintenance Engineer| you are responsible for all maintenance issues
within the hotel| daily maintenance checks| and repairing mechanical equipment
to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Maintenance Supervisor
will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency
programs. Specifically| you will be responsible for performing the following

Cluster Chief Engineer will manage the Engineering Team of 4 properties (1
pre-opening) to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety|
security| conversation| and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
What will I be doing?
As Cluster Chief Engineer| you are responsible for the effective management of
all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotels| including energy
conservation. You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering

Job Summary

Provide senior leadership to manage the functionality and safety of the hotel

QUALIFICATIONS

An advanced degree is required (Msc. or pHd.)
At least 15 years of work experience in the fields of environmental engineering and environmental project management with a civil engineering / infrastructure development company.
At least 8 years of directly related work experience in the GCC.
Advanced degree in environmental science, environmental engineering or related natural sciences discipline from a recognized university.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Excellent technical writing skills in the English language.
Capable of producing high quality documents in terms of grammar, composition, formatting, layout, spelling and organization.
Detail-oriented and thorough, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently to research, analyze and accurately solve techical problems.
Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams to provide technical environmental input.
Experience working with local environmental authorities and interfacing with client representatives.
Experience with managing environmental consultancy projects including environmental impact assessments, environmental engineering and feasibility studies, environmental monitoring and survey activities.
Driving license.
