Should be well versed in Driving Trucks with valid Driving License in United
Arab Emirates. Responsible for the upkeep of the Catering Truck. Should be
well versed in Loading Catering Trucks. Read and analyze banquet event order
in order to gather guest information| determine proper set up| timeline|
specific guest needs| buffets| action stations| etc. Set up banquet area/room|
ensuring cleanliness and proper set up. Monitor and maintain cleanliness|
sanitation| and organization of assigned station and service areas. Inspect
storage areas for organization| use of First In First Out (FIFO)| and
cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies. Communicate with guests and other
employees to ensure guest needs are met. Ensure staff is working together as a
team. Direct final breakdown and cleanup of function rooms.

Assist management in hiring| training| scheduling| evaluating| counseling|
disciplining| and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role
model. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures;
report accidents| injuries| and unsafe work conditions to manager| and
complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal
appearance are clean and professional| maintain confidentiality standards|
anticipate and address guests| service needs| assist individuals with
disabilities| and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others
using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working
relationships with others| support team to reach common goals| and listen and

_Job responsibilities will include| but not limited to the following:_

To be responsible for the safety and well-being of all Hotel guests and Club members using the recreation facilities

Ensuring that all club car drivers work as a Team to provide a safe| Effective and anticipative Service to Members and Guests.
During busy periods in order to ensure continuous high standards of service| you may find it necessary to put in additional hours.

Maintain close contact and communication with the respective outlet managers with regards to daily booking status and special requests.

Ensure club cars are checked daily and ready for operations (tire pressure| lights| brakes)

Ensure club cars are cleaned daily and report any fault and mechanical failure

Attending daily Pool and Beach morning briefings
To assist the guests and members with the towels| umbrellas and sun lounges.
To be fully aware of and work in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plan of your department
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded at all times whilst displaying a helpful & cheerful attitude

Assist in the preparations of facilities for special functions & themed evenings within the Swimming pools & Beach area

To identify & report hazards and any maintenance requirements in the pool and beach areas and immediately report to the Senior Pool & Beach attendant / Pool & Beach Supervisor / Assist. Recreation Manager.
To be aware and to implement all relevant aspects of Health and Safety legislation and company procedures

Attend all departmental & work related trainings internal and external which are deemed essential by the management.

Ensure always follow the complex grooming standards.

_To move into this position you should have_

Minimum one year of service in Mina Seyahi Complex

Good communication in English language is a must

Minimum one year service in the reputed hotel or beach resort

Outdoor work and fit to work on shifts basis

Fun| friendly & enthusiastic approach to customer service.

Willingness to learn & develop.

Holding a valid driving license – Internal Club car or Licensing authority ( advantage)

Sound knowledge in life guarding| CPR and First Aid ( advantage)
