As Logistics Coordinator, you will add immediate value by Executing daily operational warehouse and transportation booking activities following established policies and procedures, to ensure the timely and efficient execution of picking, packing and shipping of goods.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Policies and procedures
Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-Day Operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work. Work is reviewed at several steps along the way for accuracy.
Safety, Quality & Environment
Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and monitor the movement of incoming/outbound goods and items to ensure they are compliant with requirements and that are stored according to internal procedures
Verify, document and accept/reject incoming goods to ensure received material is consistent with business requirements, quality and safety standards
Book and monitor shipments of requested goods to ensure they are timely and properly delivered to requestors
Coordinate and monitor warehouse and shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of requested goods
Coordinate and monitor tools, machines and vehicle usage, to facilitate reception and shipping procedures
Store and coordinate the location of material in warehouses to ensure it is stored in the most efficient way to reduce picking and packing lead time, according to Material Officer?s indications
Examine, process and monitor goods and items to support the creation and distribution of accurate shipment documentation
Maintain the warehouse system recording incoming / outbound materials to properly monitor physical and value of stock
Review and verify shipments documentation in coordination with Logistics Officers to provide timely communication to Customs office
Manage and review legal and transactional documents to ensure dispatched goods are consistent with business requirements and shipped in compliance with national and international regulations
Monitor and maintain physical and book value of stock to ensure it is properly tracked in compliance with internal auditing procedures
Liaise with procurement and accounting departments to verify purchase orders and suppliers? invoices and payments to avoid delayed in payments and orders
Monitor warehouse environment/equipment & is responsible for ordinary maintenance to ensure compliance with legal & internal standards
Liaise with external providers to ensure timely shipments booking

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum high school certification

Minimum of 1 year of work experience within relevant field.

The Stock Keeper is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing merchandise for use in the

shop.

Key Accountabilities
Receive merchandize and count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of

information

Inspect the quality of the received products looking for damaged or wrong items and report

discrepancies to the hierarchy

Job Description
Under the direction of the General Management and with safety, efficiency and customer service a
priority, the Warehouse Manager is accountable for the overall warehouse operation, which receives
and stores, moves and ships supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the warehouse. Manages the
overall operation and ensures the safe and effective storage and distribution of customer goods on time
and without damage. Develops and implements both short- and long-term warehouse planning.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the warehouse operation, with safety of employees and efficiency of the
operation being the priority. Tasks and duties include:
• Prepare various reports for customer materials shipped and received at the warehouse, ensuring that
all damages or problems are recorded
• Develop, implement and enforce material-handling policies/procedures, and regulatory-compliance
procedures
• Determine compliance with laws, regulations, and/or standards and complete appropriate
documentation as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and ensure that inventory reports are prepared
and distributed to the Project Manager or General Management as required. Notify General
Management of any capacity or inventory problems
• Ensure stock is maintained and rotated properly and regularly
• Prepare warehouse activity reports, daily/weekly operations report, health and safety.
• Ensure all material-handling equipment, structures or materials are maintained, including regular
safety inspections
• Review the warehouse operation throughout the work process and at completion, including the daily
“circle check” to ensure that all products are stored safely
• Maintain proper security and good housekeeping of both premises and stock
• Oversee security and general upkeep of warehouse, including regular maintenance of equipment
• Offer alternative solutions to system and procedural issues that may disaffect productivity and/or
customer service or compromise health and safety
• Be accountable to the customer for both quality and quantity of output and resolve any problems,
ensuring that potential customer complaints are escalated
• Continuously monitor effectiveness of the warehouse-operations strategies aimed at reducing
operating costs, including wages, and improvement of quality-control procedures
• Act as the ‘voice’ of the warehouse operations at management meetings
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as

Requirements
