JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing
A minimum of 3 years in product and/or consumer marketing within international corporations (travel, retail, eCommerce, FMCG).
Proven track record in successfully managing digital campaigns from brief to results/learnings.
Extensive experience in building reports, analysing campaign metrics and transforming them in recommendations suitable for upper management.
Good understanding of emerging trends in digital marketing and new media for digital marketing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Must be a self-starter who can prove the ability to operate in a challenging environment and with multi-cultural teams.

To drive the commercial revenue from online sales by defining and developing the strategic direction of the Hala website and the on line International sales channels and distribution. Manage the internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure that the execution of the sales plans and revenue targets and KPI’s for all regional areas are achieved.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify growth strategy, business models and implementation plans for all online website channels, per region
  • Define and manage online set sales targets which is aligned and contributes to the overall company results and KPI’s
  • Develop online website sales campaigns for assigned region/market in coordination with marketing, product and sales teams with focus existing data and analysis for database building, affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, Meta-Search, PPC and digital content
  • Work in collaboration with Customer Engagement and Insights team to Analyze and assesses the effectiveness of all existing campaign operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition
  • Use analytic tools to understand visitor flow, behavior to the site including drop-out rates through the funnel, followed by recommend actions to improve the web-site booking flow and performance
  • Conduct a detailed audit of existing web content in order to identify and recommend solutions for gaps and weaknesses of current content overview, structure and strategy. Develop a clear action plan to improve visitor flow rates. And provide updates on a regular basis to Senior Management Team
  • Collaborate with Partnership team and Strategy and Innovation programme managers to explore online partnership opportunities including key in-house stakeholder, external Etihad group partners and other opportunities and options to support the value proposition and sale channel expansion
  • Manage and monitor on line sales KPIs and dashboards (based on revenues and targets) to identify areas of improvement, new initiatives and propose corrective actions. Provide detailed monthly reports for the Senior Management Team
  • Monitor performance of online affiliates. Identify and implement new strategies and recommended marketing tools for new affiliate selection working closely with Hala Digital Marketing TeamEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum Diploma preferably Bachelor Degree in Business related commercial/e-commerce field
  • 3- 5 years of experience within relevant field (Digital agency, OTA, e-commerce B2C)
  • Must be a self -starter who can prove the ability to operate in a challenging environment and with multi-cultural teams
  • Must have proven on-line sales success in a similar position in a digital distribution roleTRAINING & KNOWLEDGE
  • Solid understanding of technology and systems used such as; GDS, ESP’s, CMS, Omniture, Google analytics, Tableau, social media and other tools used to drive a digital/online channel

Job Description include (but are not limited to):

Responsible for Safety and Security of the aircraft and passengers and Cargo on board, as far as his duties are concerned; and in the absence of the commander for any reason.

Maintain familiarity with Etihad’s Operations Manual as are necessary to fulfil his function both professionally and safely

Assist the commander as requested, concerning any administrative duties in relation to the flight

Support the Commander in the maintenance of a proper standard of crew discipline, conduct and personal appearance

Carrying out such duties concerning the flight in accordance with Etihad’s operating policies and procedures, as are allocated to him by the Commander

Confirming the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check upon both the geographical position of the aircraft ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance

Conducting the flight in compliance with the current flight plan, SOPs and the Commander’s instructions when the Commander is not at the controls, and to subsequently notify the Commander of any change to the current flight plan, ATC or geographical position upon his return

Providing such advice, information and assistance without hesitation if required, to the Commander as may contribute favorably towards the safe and efficient conduct of the flight

Maintaining a high personal standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of Etihad Airways at all times.

In the event of Commander Incapacitation, the highest ranking Co-Pilot assigned to the flight shall assume command.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.

A minimum of 1500 hours on multi crew, glass cockpit or high performance military jet

500 hours should be on the B777

ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL. We do not accept Frozen ATPL unless held by a UAE citizen

Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical.

Maximum age limit is 50 years old.

English Language Fluency ( written and verbal ) Level 4 or better

In case of hours accumulated on flights with inflight relief, 75% of the total hours shall be counted towards the required minimums

Salary and Benefits:
Starting salary of AED 26,000 or US$ 7,075 per month for First Officer and an annual salary increment of 2%.
Flight duty allowance of AED 40 per flying hour.
Meal allowance during layovers as per the following rates:
