About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the overall operation of our Sandro store in MOE. In the role of Store Manager, you will ensure that the sales and profits are maximised as well as providing direction to your team through leadership, motivation and effective communication.

As a Senior Brand Ambassador for Sandro, you will motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional results. You will manage the stock levels and ensure the frequency and volumes of deliveries are according to peaks and always have adequate stocks available in the stores.

About You

To be a successful Sandro Store Manager, you will have experience within a Store Manager or equivalent level role, preferably in a luxury retail environment. You will have a passion for fashion, be commercially aware of new trends and keep up with regional season trends in the market.

Job Purpose: To manage financial and contractual matters related to labour and material quantities required for the assigned project

Key Accountabilities:

Maintain Contract Documentation and advise on pre-tender and post contract matters
Post Contract liaison with clients and their representatives
Preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Valuations and ensure payments are payed at predefined stages during the construction processes as detailed in the contract.
Periodically report to senior management on financial & contractual issues and attend meetings on financial status in the form of contract reviews assessed through project progress, labour analysis, material procurement and subcontractor account review.
Identify the changes in the scope of works, notify the concerned parties, manage & value the claims for submission and agreement of variation claims
Provide commercial support to Project Manager by assisting in determining the most efficient and economical suppliers in the market
Prepare, Submit and Agreement of final accounts
Agreement and certification of sub-contractors interim valuations and final accounts
Payment Certification of Subcontractors
Preparation and analysis of various forms of claims identifying delays and disruption for both time extensions and cost evaluation
Assist Senior QS to foresee any cash flow scenarios that may occur by accurate cash flow forecasting or budgeting
Ensuring compliance with procedures to ensure that the team work within parameters set and agreed and in compliance with procedure, audit requirements and delegation of authority (DoA)

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive for Automall in Dubai. Reporting to the Assistant Admin Manager, the job holder will work within Wholesale office supporting the associates on HR related queries and other admin related functions.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Vehicle purchase & payment are done as per SOP.

Ensures selling prices are accurately updated in the system on a daily basis.
Provides assistance to the Automall team in system related issues and timely coordination with STS to resolve the routine issues within 7 working days
Supervises the team in the absence of the Team Leader

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should have a basic qualification such as University or relevant business education. You will have at least 2 years’ similar experience within a large multi-cultured organization in the UAE and must be proficient in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. You will have excellent written communication skills including the ability to compile and prepare reports, presentations, submissions and other documents. About the Position:

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to be part of our Service team in Automall. As a Service Coordinator, you will review labour, parts and other components used in the repair order and split the items into appropriate accounts and raise a Performa, evaluate appropriate charging to customers and raise final invoice. You will be responsible in raising local purchase orders for all sublets and bought out items in the Service Centre and process for payments. It is also part of your job to compile incentive and overtime summary.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Degree or Diploma in any discipline preferably in Automobile. You will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Coordinator or Administrator in an Automotive dealership company. It is highly preferred that you have basic technical knowledge, high computer proficiency and accounting knowledge. To ensure all postings relating to banks are done properly in SAP

Cash Management Services and POS Services Ensure all the Retail stores are provided unhindered Cash Management Services and POS Services (Credit card acquiring) within the stipulated time and proper documentations are maintained.
Coordination with banks for support services required by the retail stores

Treasury Reports To review and submit the Treasury Reports with Treasury Manager to CFO- Retail and to the Group Treasury and ensure it is submitted within the stipulated time.

Daily bank position summary on a daily basis for MENA and weekly basis for SEA regions
Consolidated Cash Forecast of Retail Division on a monthly basis in BIW System and inform Group Treasury of the updation within the stipulated time.
Preparation of new dashboard region wise to highlight the Retail business cash requirements , availability , facility utilisation , cash forecast etc.
Non funded facilities utilization and the collection summary on a monthly basis to Group Treasury within the stipulated time.
Liquidity Management report on a monthly basis to Group Treasury within the stipulated time.
Intercompany and FX Exposure reporting

Treasury Projects/Initiatives To assist Treasury manager in the implementation of new initiatives

Automation of payments, receivables and bank reconciliation
Managing Treasury Management System(TMS)

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate (Commerce) or MBA (Finance) or ACCA or CA [an advantage].

About the Position:

We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our Hertz team in Dubai. The main purpose of this role is to improve the overall customer satisfaction by ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner by adhering to agreed Hertz standards concerning vehicle delivery, exchanges and transfers.

Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role should have High School qualification with a valid UAE Driving License category 3, 5 and 6 and must be knowledgeable with the UAE traffic rules and regulations. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Heavy or Light Bus Driver preferably in a transportation or service industry. Your basic troubleshooting knowledge is an added advantage.

About the Job:

We are currently looking for an experienced MIS Accountant to join the Automotive Finance Shared Service (AFSS) team. The role will be based in Dubai head office and will report into the Finance Manager. The main purpose of this position is to support AFSS and Automotive business units to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with major emphasis on financial planning and reviews, provide commercial and analytical support, ensure accounting and financial records are correct and support external audit.

About You:
