As Assistant Restaurant Manager You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all restaurant operations are in line with company procedure, supervise team members and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.
Key duties & responsibilities and skills required:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in supervising all the outlets efficiently according to the established concept statements.

Work with F&B Cost Control to ensure inventories are carried out in a timely manner and ensure food and beverage cost control targets are maintained.
Integrate departmental goals and model appropriate behavior.
Maintain a high professional work standard and is recognized as a leader by his team.
Identify and develop young talents within the organization for future potential growth within the group.
Generate tremendous experience beyond customer expectations.
Work in cooperation with the Chef on new products, menus, promotions and other related activities.
Awareness of licensing regulations and hotel procedures and conduct staff training sessions accordingly.
Focus on quality, continuous improvement, team work, mentoring and customer services are essentials.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of two years experiences in a similar role. You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English, along with excellent presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background and the passion for quality and excellence. You will be outgoing, creative and eager to share your desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members and you should possess understanding hotel operation, planning for business, supervising people and excellent customer focus.
