Bussola Restaurant is a multiple award winning authentic Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria situated in at the water’s edge of Mina Seyahi, has an opportunity for a highly professional Restaurant Manager who possess exceptional character, presence and is a self-driven Hospitality leader

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

· Knowledge of all food & beverage procedures standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health & sanitation standards

· Estimates and communicates daily production needs

· Responds appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation

· Ensure that internal customers are communicated with on a daily basis

· Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards

· Assess quality control and adhere to service standards

· Support the control of food cost

· Carry out close liaison with all section of the kitchen in order to ensure smooth and efficient service

· Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim

· To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times

· Daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise

· Support of Departmental objectives

· Knowledge of and compliance with Westin/Le Meridien minimum standards

· Diligence in prevention of wastage

· Thorough support of and updating the training manual

· Attendance at Departmental meetings and feedback meetings

· Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team

· Key relationship with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs

To move into this position you should have

· Tenure in current position minimum one year

· Team worker with a great attitude to work under pressure

· Good conversational skill in English

· Hotel School Certificate is an advantage

· Good personality & 5* appearance

· Excellent culinary catering talent

· Basic Food & Hygiene training certification

· Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations

· Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work

· Knowledge of procedures and methods used in the preparation, production, presentation and

· storage of food items is required

· Needs to know Italian style food
