1.The concept / theme is a streets and square concept, with an outdoor ambience incorporated within an indoor conditioned environment. Aesthetically designed keeping the family shopper in mind, the retail offerings of the mall have been categorized into 3 distinct districts. The project will feature 2 million square feet of leasable space spread over ground and first floor levels, comprising c.650 retail and F&B outlets, three major family entertainment centres, a 20-screen Cineplex, a hypermarket, and outdoor events area.

2.The mall will deliver modern ”industrial chic” architecture and interior design and will provide over 50 F&B offerings across two levels with external terraces to maximise the integration with the adjoining Expo Plaza Park, an urban green park of multi-recreational and sports usage. Key entertainment offerings include a 9 screen cinema and large family entertainment centre located at opposite ends of the linear mall positioned to draw custom down the main mall concourse spine of approximately 300m in length. The mall will consist of c. 180 units.

Tenancy Coordination & Delivery/Project Management Services:

The scope of services to be performed by the Service Provider shall include as a minimum:

a) Ensure all works pertaining to the retail unit fit out and handover of the trading units to The Dubai Mall Operational Team are completed on time and to the required standards.
b) Ensure nominated unit is ready for handover prior to tenant commencement.
c) Management of all pre-handover contractor briefing, meetings and minutes of the same
d) Ensure all tenancy fit outs are in-line with the approved drawings and project standards
e) Carry out daily on-site inspections and fit out progress monitoring reporting
f) On-going monitoring of the fit out phase to ensure attendance, programme, compliance, health and safety and quality standards are met
g) Ensure on-going tenancy issues are resolved
h) Ensure all fit out base building queries are issued to Emaar Development Project Consultants for action & clarification

During testing and commissioning the qualified person should be able to test and understand time and temperature data and recording, operating pressures, break in periods and data comparison of performance versus specification and through put analysis as listed in specifications.

Minimum Qualification

• Current Part 66 B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License (or FAA/ICAO equivalent) with ratings on the Boeing 737NG and CFM56-7B engine or Engineering degree.


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position

• Previous airline experience in similar role would be an advantage

Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Middle East Advisory team provides technical, project and programme management and commercial advisory services to developers, investors, funders, regulated asset owners and operators, local authorities, government departments and agencies in the regional infrastructure finance market. We are currently active in the social infrastructure, renewable energy, water, power generation and transportation sectors.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with professional experience in infrastructure or the built environment advisory activity. The ideal candidate will not only act as a technical advisor to assist in the delivery of projects but also help to expand our services in the region.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Support the delivery of technical, economic and commercial advisory services across various sectors in the infrastructure market, to include but not limited to providing PPP and other forms of project or transaction advice and feasibility studies.
Carry out analyses and assessments, and draft reports to a high-quality standard, with particular attention to structure, clarity of argument, grammar and presentation.
Liaise with customers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service and customer satisfaction.
Lead with customers in meetings and workshops to facilitate project discussions, present findings, assist participants in identifying project issues and priorities, and progress project solutions.
When acting as lead advisor and or project manager, ensure the commercial success of the commission and compliance with all company governance requirements. When supporting, ensure that the lead advisor and or project manager is made aware of all developments on the commission that could influence the commercial and compliance outcomes.
Lead on preparation and conclusion of service propositions to customers, and ensure all commercial and legal negotiation points are concluded satisfactorily prior to commencement of services.
Support the planning and delivery of broader business development opportunities, and the management of long term key customer relationships to enhance sales and increase market share.
The ability and willingness to travel and work overseas for short periods of time may be necessary for this role.
Candidate Specification
Essential Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelors and/or Master’s degree or equivalent, or significant relevant work experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or buildings advisory
Past experience as a technical advisor assisting in delivery
Experience in providing technical, economic and or commercial advisory services in infrastructure or the built environment for private, public sector and multilateral international finance institutions clients internationally
Experience of preparing feasibility studies to determine the preferred option for project procurement and delivery
A good understanding of the fundamentals of international PPP or Project Finance transactions – particularly funding & financing; stakeholders; documentation; risk classification and transfer; revenue streams; and success factors
In depth knowledge of one or more infrastructure sectors that offers potential for growth and private sector investment, including but not limited to technical merits, policy and regulation, economic considerations, delivery and or supply chain
Experience in the assessment of risks and priorities associated with project development, investment or delivery, in the context of project feasibility and procurement; due diligence; assurance; or monitoring and evaluation
Competent in the delivery of detailed analysis in reports and presentations to customers
Working as the lead practitioner on challenging small to medium sized assignments, or in a key support role on large assignments. Capable of working with little or no supervision

A high standard of numerical, technical, analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
A high standard of report writing skills which require minimal proof-reading and peer review
A range of report writing and visual and verbal presentation techniques
Capable of working with a diverse range of technical and commercial staff and their outputs

In this highly autonomous role, the Service Manager will lead the team of Service Engineers to ensure operational, technical and financial performance targets are met for their assigned depot.

Approaching or working towards Chartered status
Excellent technical experience. Experience of engineering geological and geohazard investigations of sites for civil engineering purposes, ideally with experience of working in the Middle East.
The candidate’s technical experience should range from terrain evaluation of large areas to the detailed investigation of specific sites. It should include (as a minimum) landslide investigations and the assessment of ground conditions for particular projects. An ability to use engineering geological software would be an advantage, particularly GIS for mapping and 3-dimensional terrain and geological modelling.
Experience in the following sectors would be advantageous: rail, highways, nuclear facilities, onshore and offshore pipelines and oil and gas facilities.
Good interpersonal skills and the experience of developing and leading investigation and design teams
Good communication skills – able to liaise effectively at project manager and project director level and with clients.
Good report writing skills and the ability to self-check and to produce high quality and accurate work.
Able to demonstrate good people skills and fit within the current team dynamic.
A clear willingness to travel on short assignments in and around the Middle East.
An international or equivalent driving licence.

Key Activities

Main Duties:
